A Note from the President

More than three and a half years have elapsed since my initial visit to China in May 2004.  I have ever since cherished a wonderful memory of my China trip.  I was deeply impressed by the rapid changes in China and the friendliness and hospitality of the Chinese people. 

As the president of Trillin Health Technology, Inc. USA, I am very happy to find that my company’s homeopathic and dietary supplements such as LIFE-HGH™ and LIFE-Cell Aid™ are very well accepted in the Chinese marketplace.  My company has received thousands of letters from China and elsewhere requesting for detailed information on Trillin’s products and expressing their great interest in purchasing and consuming these high-quality products.  We have also received quite a number of letters of thanks from the customers of China and of other countries (New Zealand to be one) telling us how Trillin’s health products (such as LIFE-HGH™) have helped solve their long-existing tough health problems or even some of the hardly-curable and complicated chronic diseases (chronic otitis media to name just one o them).  Nothing gives us more pleasure than our knowledge of how Trillin’s products contribute to people’s health.  Our company’s motto is “Only the customer’s health is always in our minds.”

While we celebrate the successful performance of Trillin’s product in China, we have also encountered some serious problems, one of which is counterfeiting.  We hope that these problems can eventually be solved with our new Chinese exclusive distributor – Shanghai Sunmay Biotech Co., Ltd.     

An agreement has been reached between Trillin and Shanghai Sunmay that the two companies’ websites shall be interconnected so that any Chinese customer can directly log onto Trillin’s website of www.trillin.net to find out if he has bought the genuine Trillin product.  Everybody is welcome to contact us directly at sales@trillin-health-technology.com or (205) 822-8331 (fax).

My next trip to China will be when a new homeopathic conference is convened in China and I will be invited to the meting.  I am looking forward to it.

光阴荏苒，我2004年五月第一次访问中国，转眼之间三年半的时间已经过去了。对那次中国之行我一直存有非常美好的记忆。中国的飞速发展、中国人民的友好热情，都给我留下非常深刻的印象。

我看到，美国Trillin 健康技术公司的顺势疗法产品和保健食品，如顺势营养液（LIFE-HGH™) 和 顺势富氧矿素 （LIFE-Cell Aid™）在中国市场得到非常好的认可，作为公司总裁，对此我感到非常高兴。我们公司收到数以千计来自中国和其他一些地方的信函，来信希望我们能提供更加详细的产品信息，他们表达购买和消费这些高品位产品的强烈意愿。同时我们也收到不少寄自中国和其他国家（新西兰是其中之一）的感谢信，信中讲述Trillin的健康相关产品（例如顺势营养液）如何帮助解决了他们久已存在并难以解决的健康问题，甚至治好了一些疑难杂症（其中之一是慢性中耳炎）。知道我们Trillin的产品为人民的健康做出贡献，没有比这个更让我们感到高兴的了。“我们魂系梦牵的，唯有顾客的健康”是我们公司的座右铭。

Statement

Some of the Chinese companies have illegally sold counterfeit products using the name of Trillin Health Technology, Inc. and our brand names.  Shanghai Sunmay Biological Technologies, Inc. is our exclusive distributor throughout the entire China，including Hong Kong and Macao.  We only sell our originally US-packaged products to Shanghai Sunmay and Shanghai Sunmay alone.   While we reserve our legal rights to sue those counterfeited Chinese companies if they continue their illegal business practice, we sincerely hope that the Chinese customers who have trusted and used our products must make sure that they purchase our products from Shanghai Sunmay, which is the guarantee to the authenticity of our products

Products Shanghai Sunmay imports directly from Trillin and distributes in China are all originally packaged with the labels designed according to the label regulations of the Chinese government, printed and pasted to the bottle all in the United States.  In each product’s outer box is a product ID card as shown below, which is the proof of the authenticity of Trillin’s product:
